Small School GAA Blitz

The pupils from 2nd -6th class participated in the Small School GAA Blitz held in the grounds of Semple Stadium, Thurles on Tuesday 2nd May.  Some of the pupils chose to play hurling and others played football.  The organisers mixed the teams from all schools so it added to the overall enjoyment of the day.

Pupils from the school participated in a fun day of football in Rockwell College.They played two other teams from the county in different matches.  They thoroughly enjoyed the games despite the poor weather conditions.

Pancake Tuesday

A very enjoyable feast was enjoyed by the pupils on Shrove Tuesday.  They ate with relish the pancakes served with ice cream and chocolate sauce.  There were no refusals by any pupils to this tasty dessert!  I wonder why?
